Clarity was the ultimate goal for The International Retail Academy. With the founder being the main focus of the bsuiness, yet wanting to scale, there needed to be a change in focus on the website and the social media to speak to the right audience in the right way.

“Taylor and her team at TNCS have literally turned my muddled up, confused vision into something so attractive and clear for my clients. My business launched 3.5 years ago; the logo, branding and user experience were suitable for a while but I needed to evolve and streamline the user experience together with all branding elements.

Following a deep-dive briefing session the team got to work. We had 1-2 rounds of reviews where I could take my time to leave feedback on each web page.
