The History
Founded by Taylor Petersen—a multi-passionate creative with roots in marketing, design, and brand storytelling—The Next Creative Solution was born from the belief that good ideas deserve more than a to-do list. They deserve momentum.
Taylor saw a pattern in every client meeting: amazing people with powerful missions, bogged down by overwhelm, inconsistent branding, and strategies that didn’t match their values. So she built an agency that does things differently.

Founder & CEOTaylor’s journey started back in university as a student with a passion for creativity and a desire to apply what she was learning to real life. What began as a way to help small businesses in her hometown show up online quickly turned into something bigger: a love for helping others chase their entrepreneurial dreams.
With a background in Creative Business and Digital Design, Taylor brings a mix of strategy, problem-solving, and creativity to every project. Helping business owners build something they’re proud of and making sure it shows.
When she’s not brainstorming marketing ideas or designing websites, you’ll probably find Taylor outside exploring, traveling somewhere new, or spending time with her family, friends, and her favorite animals.

Natalie is a Chicago-based social media creative who’s all about food, travel, and telling great stories. She’s passionate about creating content that feels real, builds connection, and makes people stop mid-scroll.
With a background in art design and storytelling and plenty of hands-on experience managing social accounts, Natalie knows how to bring a brand’s personality to life. She brings fresh ideas and good vibes to the TNCS team.
