We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our team at The Next Creative Solution on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who has a knack for crafting compelling social media content calendars and is excited to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table. We would love to work with someone who has an entreprenuerial spirit, and is comfortable being behind and in front of the camera.

What will you do?

• Assist in the creation and execution of monthly content calendars for multiple businesses, under the supervision and guidance of the agency owner.

• Collaborate for content approval, monthly planning, and trend analysis.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends, algorithms and top performing content on specified platforms.

We would love if you had…

• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.

• Expertise in Canva Pro and familiarity with other social media scheduling tools.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking, and strong teamwork capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a major plus.
